Return Policy
We offer exchange of defect part within 5 years of your purchase of a new tower and a 1 year on a purchase of a used tower, if 5 years or the 1 year have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a exchange of any kind. It is very unlikely that any component will fail, however on such a occasion, STF will only offer an exchange of the failed component (not the complete tower/podium).
Eligibility for Exchanges
The component that has failed must not have damage, damage is not covered under the STF exchange or warranty policy. the component must be in good clean serviceable condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
On occasions we may sell other items that are used and may not be a part of the STF exchange or warranty policy, this will be adviced to the customer at the time of purchase.
All items for exchange under defect parts are return to seller.

Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds: Damaged or worn components Components that have been removed from France.
What happens next
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the repaired or replaced component will be shipped to your invoiced address within 10 days of the customer receiving the STF approval of a repaired or exchanged component.
Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Contact us for a drop off location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Any item should be sent by recorded delivery, with your name and address and copy of invoice.
